The rotors can be delivered complete with cleaning section which drastically reduces the transfer of exhaust gases into the supply air stream. For the cleaning section to operate fully there must be a pressure difference between the supply air and extract air. The scavenging air volume is in this version less than by standard rotors because, in most cases, the rotor speeds are lower.
In certain cases the the pressure difference that the cleaning section needs cannot be guaranteed. In this case a fan can be installed to to reduce the transfer of exhaust gases into the drawn in supply air.
